Frequently Asked Questions

What Does the “From” Price Mean?

We compare medication offers from different pharmacies across Mexico, and their prices can vary considerably. The “From” price is the lowest listed offer we found for that particular medicine. You can open the available offers to see which pharmacy sells it at that price.

Why Are Online Prices Different From Pharmacy Prices?

Some Mexican pharmacies offer special prices for online purchases that are not available at their physical branches. Promotions and regional pricing can also affect the difference. Our comparisons use published pharmacy offers, which may change before you visit the store.

Why Can the Price Change When I Place an Order?

Each pharmacy sets its own prices, which may also depend on location, stock and current promotions. The price shown in our comparison may differ from the amount displayed by the pharmacy when you place an order. The final price is confirmed by the pharmacy handling your purchase.

How Can I Order a Medicine That Is Not Listed or Is Out of Stock?

If a medicine is unavailable at one pharmacy, try searching for it at another. You can also contact the pharmacy directly to ask whether it can obtain the product. Mexican Pharmacy Aggregator cannot place orders for medicines that pharmacies do not offer.

Do I Need a Prescription?

Some medicines in Mexico require a prescription, while others can be purchased without one. If your order includes a prescription medicine, the pharmacy may ask you to provide a valid prescription before dispensing it.

How Can I Check a Medicine’s Expiration Date?

Expiration dates depend on the actual stock and production batch held by the pharmacy. You can contact the pharmacy selling the medicine and ask about the expiration date of the product currently available.

How Do I Know the Medicines Are Genuine and Safe?

Mexican Pharmacy Aggregator compares offers from pharmacies operating in Mexico, but we do not manufacture, store or dispense medicines. Product authenticity, storage conditions and dispensing are the responsibility of the supplying pharmacy. You can check its regulatory information and request product details before purchasing.

Is There a Minimum Order Amount?

Mexican Pharmacy Aggregator does not set a minimum purchase amount. Individual pharmacies may have their own minimums, particularly for home delivery or free shipping. These conditions are determined by the pharmacy you choose.

Which Pharmacy Can I Pick Up My Order From?

You can find pharmacy locations and addresses in our directory or open the selected pharmacy’s website to check its pickup options. Not every pharmacy offers collection at all branches, so availability is confirmed by the pharmacy when ordering.

Can I Pick Up Only Part of My Order?

This depends on the pharmacy where you placed the order. Some pharmacies allow customers to collect only the available medicines, while others require the entire order to be processed together. You can confirm this directly with the pharmacy.

Can I Order Medicines for Delivery Outside Mexico?

Some Mexican online pharmacies offer international delivery, including to the United States, but many only deliver within Mexico. Check the available destinations and import requirements with the pharmacy before placing an order.

Can I Contact the Pharmacy Directly About My Order?

Yes. Once you have placed an order, you can contact the pharmacy using the information provided on its website or in your order confirmation. The pharmacy can answer questions about payment, availability, pickup and delivery status.
